Whether it be weight loss, toning up/building muscle, general fitness or even a sporting challenge, I can help you get there. I’ll ensure sessions that work at your own pace gradually pushing you each week until you achieve what you set out to achieve.

Having had a keen interest in fitness and health for many years I’ve tried it all and will use my own experiences to support you. With personalised programming and a focus on technique and form I’ll give you the confidence and guidance you need to start training in the gym and support your every step of the way.

Seth Jackson-Main
Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor
Through my own journey with fitness and weight loss, I have developed a deep love and passion for helping others overcome the same challenges I faced. The fitness world can often feel overwhelming and confusing, I want to share my knowledge and experience with those who need clear support and guidance.
I have also developed a passion for endurance events, specifically Hyrox. I have completed several events and have more planned for this year. This has taken my fitness to another level and provided me with another valuable tool to use when working with new clients.

Olivia Powles
Fitness Instructor
I’m currently completing my A-Levels, including PE and am a regional-level netball player & netball coach. Whilst recovering from an ACL injury, I’ve been focussing on gaining further qualifications by working towards my Level 2 Gym Instructor course.
Having trained with a PT for over a year, I’ve developed a strong interest in strength training, fitness and rehabilitation to support both sports performance and recovery post-surgery.
You’ll find me leading the Thursday evening circuit classes and around the gym at weekends. Feel free to say hello!
